Parking brake for your Can Am 1000 Commander/Maverick - Fits 2013 to 2018 models. DOES NOT FIT X3 MODELS. This brake does not have the locking feature. Installation is simple and quick. Back out the 15mm nut on the the brake pedal, put on the Spring Brake Thingy. Put the nut back on.   Yes, it's that simple. To operate, depress brake pedal with right foot, slide lever over brake pedal arm with your left foot and the brake engages all 4 brakes. To release, simply press the brake with your right foot until arm springs back off the brake pedal. ALWAYS USE PARK WITH THE SPRING BRAKE THINGY AND MAKE SURE YOUR BRAKES ARE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.

Parking brake for your Can Am X3- Fits ALL 2017 and newer models This brake does not have the locking feature. Installation is simple and quick, but you may want to have another person help for a set of extra hands, it makes the installation quicker. Remove 2 plastic rivets from fire wall. Install brake assembly, insert supplied 1/4" bolts through each hole. Install backing plate onto front of fire wall over the bolts. Install plate to match the shape of the fire wall. Install supplied lock nuts and flat washers and tighten. To operate, place brake petal with right foot, slide red locking arm over the brake pedal with left foot.  To release push the brake pedal.   The parking brake assembly may appear to flex, this is due to the plastic fire wall not the brake hardware.  The parking brake will still function and hold the brake. ALWAYS USE PARK WITH THE SPRING BRAKE THINGY AND MAKE SURE YOUR BRAKES ARE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.

Slide the provided aluminum plate behind the slotted brake pedal bracket, run the bolts thru the parking brake into the bracket and its done. Adjust the parking brake right to left as needed before fully tightening the bolts. Parking brake for your Polaris GENERAL- Fits all GENERAL models. This brake allows for a pad-lock to be inserted through pre-machined holes to give you the added option to use as a theft deterrent.   Installation is simple and quick. Back out the 10 and 13mm nuts on the master cylinder behind the brake pedal. Put on the Spring Brake Thingy. Then put the nuts back on. Yes, it's that simple, takes no more than 2-3 minutes.
